The field study was conducted during the growing seasons (2021, 2022, 2023) in Qurhata research station affiliated to the general commission fir scientific agricultural research, in order to study the genetic behavior for traits correlated with improving drought tolerance for sesame plant with conservation of procuction capacity. In the first season, 11 mutagenic strains of sesame were cultivated with two local varieties adopted as controls, with the aim of studying their response to the conditions of water stress applied from the middle of the flowering phase until the beginning of capsule formation on the plant. The experiment was carried out according to the design of random whole sectors (RCBD), in the order of splinter pieces, in three replicates. The results of the statistical analysis showed significant differences (P≤0.05 )in the average characteristics of each of the number of days to flowers, the number of days until complete ripening, the height of the plant, and the number of branches in the plant. Likewise, there are moral differences (P≤0.05) in the average characteristics of the seed mule. The length of the capsule, the number of capsules in the plant, the number of seeds in the capsule, the number of seeds in the plant, the weight of the thousand seed, the vital yield, the seed yield between the transactions, the genetic style, and the interaction The mutual between them, as water stress caused a moral decline in these qualities, while the differences were at the height of the first branch and the height of the first non -moral capsule. The results of the statistical analysis of the criteria bearing stress also indicated the presence of moral differences (P≤0.05) between the genetic models, where the results indicated the superiority of the genetic models Hourani 11 and the Marwood witness Zoori in the average seed boiler under the circumstances of each of the Meroitic witness and water stress, and is classified accordingly in Group A. While the genetic models Hourani 9, and Hourani 8 failed to give an average high productivity under the circumstances of the two transactions, and accordingly they are classified within the group D. And what was confirmed is that the guide to endure water stress was the highest moral in the models genetics Hourani 11, and the witness Zuri and without moral differences between them (806.2, 688.1, respectively), while the lowest moral among the genetic models Hourani 9, the witness Hourani, and Hourani 8 and without moral differences between them (176.2, 218.1, 273.8 respectively). The engineering average of productivity was the highest moral among the genetic models Hourani 11, and the witness Zuri and without moral differences between them (1816, 1677, respectively), while the lowest moral among the genetic models Hourani 9, Hourani, Hourani 8 and without moral differences between (849, 945, 945, 1055 respectively). The results showed the dominance of the non-cumulative genetic act in the productive traits studied and therefore these traits were under the influence of the super-dominance of genes, except for the trait of the weight of a thousand seeds under control conditions and stress, and the characteristics of the number of seeds in the plant and the biological yield under conditions of water stress. The results showed that the P3 strain is the best strains because it is distinguished by the general ability of the coalition for each of the characteristics of the capsule, the number of capsules in the plant and the number of seeds in the plant and the sowing mule. A camel bearing the characteristic of the special ability to the coalition has also been accessed to the seed of the seed: P4 x P5, P3 x P5, P1 x P3, P1 x P2. And the entry of camel P4 x P5, P3 x P5, P1 x P3, P1 x P2 in productive efficiency experiences under the stressful conditions for enjoying a special capacity for the highly morally positive coalition and useful for the seed of the seed.
