الاستاذ الدكتور ياسر قدح

 🔶الأستاذ الدكتور ياسر قدح 

حصل على درجتي البكالوريوس والماجستير في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية من جامعة القاهرة عامي 1989 و1992 على التوالي، كما حصل على درجة الدكتوراه في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية من جامعة مينيسوتا عام 1997.
عمل سابقًا كباحث في عدة جامعات أميركية. التحق بقسم الهندسة الطبية الحيوية بجامعة القاهرة كمعيد عام 1989 وأصبح عضو هيئة تدريس منذ عام 1998 حيث أصبح أستاذاً عام 2009 ورئيساً للقسم عام 2012.
يشغل حاليا منصب أستاذ في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز منذ عام 2014 وهو استشاري معتمد في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية من نقابة المهندسين المصرية منذ عام 2013. وهو أيضًا كبير أعضاء في معهد مهندسي الكهرباء والإلكترونيات (IEEE) منذ عام 2003 وكبير أعضاء في الجمعية الدولية للهندسة البصرية (SPIE) منذ عام 2015. وهو عضو نشط في جمعية تطوير الأجهزة الطبية (AAMI).
أشرف على 29 رسالة دكتوراه. و86 ماجستير في جامعة القاهرة وجامعة الملك عبد العزيز. أيضا قام بنشر 248 ورقة بحثية محكمة في المجلات والمؤتمرات، وله براءة اختراع أمريكية واحدة، وقام بتأليف/مشاركة في تأليف 6 كتب علمية.
حصل على العديد من جوائز التميز مثل جائزة الدولة في الهندسة عام 2005 وجائزة جامعة القاهرة للتميز عام 2008. وتشمل اهتماماته البحثية الإشارات الطبية الحيوية ومعالجة الصور الطبية، والأجهزة الطبية، فضلاً عن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الرعاية الصحية.
 
🔶Prof. Yasser Kadah 
Received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University in 1989 and 1992 respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1997. 
He previously worked as a researcher with the University of Louisville, University of Minnesota, and Emory University/Georgia Institute of Technology Biomedical Engineering program. He joined the department of Biomedical Engineering at Cairo University as a teaching assistant in 1989 and became a faculty member since 1998 where he became a professor in 2009 and the head of the department in 2012. 
He joined King Abdulaziz University on leave from Cairo University since 2014.
He is a certified consultant of biomedical engineering from the Egyptian syndicate of engineers since 2013. 
He is also a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) since 2003 and a Senior Member of the International Society of Optical Engineering (SPIE) since 2015.
He is an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI). 
He supervised 29 Ph.D. and 86 M.Sc. theses at Cairo University and King Abdulaziz University. 
He published 248 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers, one U.S. patent and authored/co-authored 6 textbooks. 
He is the recipient of several awards of excellence such the State Award in Engineering in 2005 and Cairo University Excellence award 2008. His research interests include biomedical signal and image processing, medical instrumentation, as well as the applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
