Faculty of Architecture at Damascus University launched the first international summer camp exhibition 2024, in cooperation with the National Union of Syrian Students, Syrian public and private universities, Damascus Governorate, the Embassy of Chile, and the Jordanian Architects Society.

 Faculty of Civil Engineering at Damascus University launched the second axis of the virtual workshop under the title “Climate Change - Reality and Challenges,” which aims to shed light on the most prominent challenges posed by climate change.

 On the second day, Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education and Community Service conference focused on artificial intelligence as utilized for medicine in Syria, with lectures and papers by professors from the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, and Faculty of Health Sciences.

 Wide participation in “the Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education and Community Service” conference which was organized by Damascus University, Ajloun National University in Jordan, and Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation at the Association of Arab Universities. Various research papers were presented from Syrian universities on dentistry, arts, business administration, law, and economics.

 Today, the first International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education and Community Service kicked off at Damascus University, organized by Damascus University and Ajloun National University in Jordan in collaboration with the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation at the Association of Arab Universities.

  Vice President of Damascus University for Administrative and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Mohammad Turko, University Provost, Professor Dr. Taleb Al-Ali, and Director of Professional Practice Office, Dr. Mohammed Youssef, inspected the standardized test at the Faculty of Media at Damascus University. They reviewed the progress of the test in the faculty's halls and auditoriums.

  Damascus University Vice President for Administrative and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Mohammad Turko, University Provost and Director of Professional Practice Office inspected the Standard English Department Admission Test at the English Department, Faculty of Arts and Humanities.

 Vice-president of Damascus University for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Turko, accompanied by the University provost, Professor Dr. Taleb Ali, and Director of Professional Practice Office Dr. Mohammed Ghanem Youssef, inspected the admission competition at the Faculty of Architecture.

 Celebrating the World Suicide Prevention Day, the University Counseling and Psychological Support Unit at Damascus University organized a scientific day on the topic of suicide. The event was attended by Damascus University Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Maysa Al-Sioufi, and included several lectures with the participation of professors from the faculties of Medicine, Education, and Law.

 The Faculty of Health Sciences continues to conduct admission interviews for students wishing to enroll in the Faculty as a requirement to be considered for university admission.
