The third day of the International Conference on Medical Engineering currently held at Damascus University had a series of lectures focused on modern technologies in dentistry and the role of medical and digital engineering in this field.
The scientific sessions of the second day of the Biomedical Engineering Conference at Damascus University's auditorium began with four sessions on biomechanics, including ten lectures and a workshop.
The Third International Conference on Biomedical Engineering, organized by the
Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Damascus University, began on the amphitheater of Damascus University under the title “Biomedical Engineering and its Role in Developing Health Care,” with the participation of 45 scientific papers from 16 Arab and foreign countries, accompanied by an exhibition of medical equipment in the Reda Saeed Conference Hall.

Side effects of medications on the oral cavity usually play a role in these ulcers, and the severity of these side effects of medications taken orally depends on the structure and composition of the drug and the duration of exposure to the drug.
Market concentration and efficiency are important determinants of banks' performance and stability during crises in the world. In order to test this hypothesis experimentally, a scientific study was conducted at the Higher Institute for Administrative Development at Damascus University. The study was entitled: “Bank performance and financial stability during the COVID-19 pandemic: lessons from the MENA region.”

The President of Damascus University, Professor Muhammad Osama Al-Jabban, met with the First Secretary, Commercial and Economic Attaché, and Head of the Development Cooperation Department at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Damascus, Mr. Tomáš Khlopcek, to discuss the prospects for the scientific cooperation and future partnership between the two sides in order to serve the existing infrastructure projects in Syria in the affected areas.
President of Damascus University, Prof. Muhammad Osama al-Jabban, met with a delegation of graduate students from the Bolgar Islamic Academy in the Russian Federation (specializing in Islamic Economics) that is visiting Damascus University within the framework of the scientific cooperation agreement signed between the two sides.
