Launching the Fourth Module of Syrian Fellowship Program for Laser Applications in Dentistry

The fourth module of the Syrian fellowship program for laser applications in dentistry has started at Damascus University; the program launched the first module four months ago (on a monthly basis).

According to the Head of the Department of Oral Medicine at the Faculty of Dentistry and Scientific Coordinator of the Fellowship Program, Dr. Omar Hamada, this module is about the management of facial scars as well as how to market for laser technology by doctors in their clinics. The participants are really committed and the modules are of a practical value for clinical work, Dr. Hamada added.

The second section is going to be presented by Dr. Manaf Taher Agha, a professor of Laser and Modern Technologies, who will be talking about several topics related to cosmetic dentistry (cosmetic surgical procedures and mouth and dentistry laser applications). Dr. Agha said that this module is a great opportunity for new graduates, especially that lecturers belong to different countries, universities and schools, noting that this is his second participation in the Syrian Fellowship Program for Laser Applications in Dentistry.
