The National Union of Syrian Students signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with the General Insurance Corporation, the Student Credit Fund, and Talal Abu Ghazaleh Foundation, in order to facilitate student’s access to laptop computers during his university study

In a press statement following the signing of the agreement, President of the National Union of Syrian Students, Dr. Dareen Suleiman, indicated that this agreement is based on the Union’s role and its keenness to provide various student supplies and services

Dr. Suleiman added that the Union, within its participatory approach, which aims at supporting students and the educational process, seeks to provide laptops at an acceptable price and in comfortable payments to students

Executive Director of Abu Ghazaleh Foundation - Syria Branch, Ahmed Haysham Ajlani, stated that through this agreement, the foundation sought to provide laptop computers to students at reasonable prices, pointing out that these devices were assembled by Arab hands and expertise to be appropriate for the Syrian market.

Pursuant to this agreement, a coordination committee composed of representatives of the agreement parties is formed. Its mission is to supervise the implementation of its provisions, and work to overcome the obstacles.
