Speech by the Coordinator of the Interactive Platform

Digital Transformation Office

Under the guidance and directives of Professor Dr. Muhammad Osama Al-Jabban, President of Damascus University, the Interactive Educational Platform of Damascus University (LMS/MOODLE learning system) was launched on 2/2/2023 on the basis of the agreement signed between Damascus University and Synergy Foundation for Development (Taazor). The Platform was activated on 1/4/2024. We are currently in the start-up phase, and working towards developing the platform.

The Interactive Educational Platform is a comprehensive interactive software system designed to deliver courses and educational programs, and serves as a source of e-learning for our dear students. It provides diverse educational experiences that contribute to providing integrated educational content and activities that enhance interaction between students and teachers.

The Platform is an important step towards developing higher education, and is an essential tool for ensuring the quality of education and its suitability to the requirements of the modern era.

Efforts are continuing to achieve comprehensive digital transformation, which will serve the interest of enhancing the educational process in all its elements. It is the only way to achieve sustainable development and ensure a better future for coming generations.
