Damascus University Participates in the European Orthodontic Society Congress, EOS 2024, in Greece

 Damascus University researcher Dr. Abdul Rahman Kusaibati participated in the 99th conference of the European Orthodontic Society, EOS 2024, which was held in Athens under the title “Challenges of Orthodontics and Maxillofacial Bones”.

The researcher had received an invitation earlier from EOS to present his research paper entitled: “Digital setup accuracy for moderate crowding correction with fixed orthodontic appliances: a prospective study”. The research was conducted at Damascus University and published in Progress in Orthodontics- a top world journal in the field of orthodontics. It was also nominated for The European Congress of Orthodontics Award 2024 and The Francesca Miotti Award.

It is worth to mention that EOS 2024 was held by The European Orthodontic Society, an affiliation to The World Federation of Orthodontists, for five days to present the latest technologies in the field of orthodontics through lectures and workshops.
