الدكتورة عايدة حبيب
حصلت على إجازة في إدارة الأعمال من كلية الاقتصاد في جامعة تشرين عام 2007 وتابعت دراساتها العليا في فرنسا حيث نالت درجة الدبلوم في مجال الإحصاء الطبي ودرجة الماجستير والدكتوراه في مجال اقتصاديات الصحة من كلية الطب في جامعة اكس مرسيليا عام 2015
شغلت مناصب إدارية عديدة حيث كانت رئيس دائرة التنظيم المؤسساتي لعام 2020 وأمين المعهد التقاني الصحي عام 2019 ورئيس قسم البحوث والدارسات في مركز الدراسات الاستراتيجية الصحية في وزارة الصحة ما بين 2016-2019 وحالياً تشغل منصب مدير التنمية الإدارية في وزارة الصحة في دمشق منذ نيسان 2021
تعمل كمدرس لطلاب ماجستير التأهيل والتخصص في جامعة دمشق وفي معهد التخطيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي منذ عام 2017 وحالياً عضو هيئة تدريسية في جامعة الأندلس الخاصة للعلوم الطبية، كلية إدارة المشافي منذ عام ٢٠١٩. كما تعمل كمدرب في مركز الدراسات الاستراتيجية الصحية منذ ٢٠١٦
أشرفت على عدد من رسائل ماجستير التأهيل والتخصص في المعهد العالي للتنمية الإدارية وكما ساهمت في تحكيم عدد من رسائل ماجستير التخطيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.


Dr. Aida Habib
She obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics at Tishreen University in 2007 and pursued her postgraduate studies in France, where she earned a diploma in the field of medical statistics and a Master’s and a Ph.D. in the field of health economics from the Faculty of Medicine at Aix-Marseille University in 2015.
She held several administrative positions, as she was the Head of the Institutional Organization Department for 2020, the Secretary of the Health Technical Institute in 2019, and the Head of the Research and Studies Department at the Center for Health Strategic Studies at the Ministry of Health between 2016-2019. Currently, she is the Director of the Administrative Development department at the Ministry of Health in Damascus since April 2021.
She has been working as a teacher for Master’s students in qualification and specialization at Damascus University and at the Institute of Economic and Social Planning since 2017, and a faculty member at Alandalus Private University for Medical Sciences in Hospital Administration Department since 2019. She has also been working as a trainer at the Strategic Health Studies Center since 2016.
She supervised many Master's theses for qualification and specialization at the Higher Institute for Administrative Development and has contributed to the arbitration of several Master's theses in economic and social planning.
