ناقشت الباحثة رغد جهاد خضّور رسالة ماجستير في كلية الإعلام - قسم الإعلام الإلكتروني بعنوان (تأثير العوامل المهنية على أداء القائم بالاتصال في بناء أجندة المواقع الإخبارية) وانتهت المناقشة بحصول الباحثة على درجة الماجستير بتقدير امتياز وعلامة قدرها 85.3%.

تأثير العوامل المهنية على أداء القائم بالاتصال في بناء أجندة المواقع الإخبارية – دراسة مسحية

ملخص

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على تأثير العوامل المهنية على عمل القائمين بالاتصال في المواقع الإلكترونية الإخبارية، الذين يترجمون سياسة الوسيلة ويسعون إلى تنفيذ أجنداتها وفقاً للإجراءات التي تركز عليها من خلال الأخبار والمواد التي ينشرونها وينقلونها إلى الجمهور، وتلك العوامل تفرضها طبيعة العمل الصحفي وترخي بظلالها على العاملين في المواقع الإخبارية، وناقشت تأثير الضغوط المهنية وعلاقات العمل متمثلة في السلطة السياسية والسياسات التحريرية ومصادر الأخبار والرضا الوظيفي، إضافة لتأثير الملكية ومصادر التمويل.

اعتمدت الدراسة منهج المسح مستعينة بأداة الاستمارة، التي وُزعت على 50 مفردة من القائمين بالاتصال في 7 مواقع إلكترونية وهي (البعث ميديا، الإعلام تايم، بتوقيت دمشق، سنسيريا، غلوبال، وهاشتاغ سورية، وداما بوست).

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: وجود سياسات تحريرية واضحة لدى مواقع عينة الدراسة بالنسبة للقائمين بالاتصال، غير أن الرضوخ لتلك السياسات يؤثر على اختيار المواد بحسب إجابات المبحوثين. وكذلك تصدر عامل الإحساس الإيجابي بمحيط العمل العوامل المهنية التي تؤثر على القائم بالاتصال إلى جانب عامل الحوافز المادية والمكافآت التي تؤثر على أسلوب العمل ونوعية الإنتاج. ووجدت الدراسة أن إدارة الموقع تتدخل بتحديد الخطوط العريضة للعمل وعقد اجتماعات دورية مع رؤساء التحرير ما يُنتج توجهات معينة للعمل، كما وجدت الدراسة أن أغلب عينة البحث تعتمد على التمويل الذاتي وعلى الإعلان والتسويق، ما يؤمن استقلالية الموقع تحريرياً وإدارياً، الأمر الذي يعطي مساحة أكبر للقائمين بالاتصال لتغطية المواضيع التي يرونها مناسبة وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات التي يتبعها الموقع.

The Impact of Professional Factors on the Communicator's Performance in Building the News Website's Agenda

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of professional factors that affect the job of workers in news websites, who translate the medium’s policies and seek to implement its agendas according to the procedures that focuses on through the news and media they publish and transmit it to the public. And those factors are imposed by the nature of journalistic work and vershadowing them by selecting the information they are exposed to and choosing what suits the policies of the medium. It discussed the impact of professional pressures and work relations represented by political authority, editorial policies, news sources, and job satisfaction, in addition to the impact of ownership and funding sources

The study adopted a survey approach using the questionnaire tool, which was distributed to 50 communicators on 7 websites: (Al-Baath Media, Emediatc, Damas-times, Sensyria, Global, Hashtag Syria, and Dama Post)

The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: the presence of clear editorial policies on the sites of the study sample for communicators, but compliance with these policies affects the selection of articles according to the answers of the respondents. The factor of positive feeling in the work environment is also topped by the professional factors that affect the communicator, in addition to the factor of article incentives and rewards that affect the work style and quality of production

The study found that the site's management intervenes by defining the broad outlines of the work and holding periodic meetings with the editor-in-chief, which produces specific directions for the work, also the study found that most of the research sample relied on self-financing, advertising and marketing, which ensures the site’s editorial and administrative independence, which gives more space for communicators to publish the topics they deem compatible with the standards and procedures followed by the site
