Memorandum of Understanding between Damascus University and Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University (ETU "LETI"), in Russian Federation

Prof. Dr. Mhd. Osama Jabban, president of Damascus University signed a memorandum of understanding with Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University, aimed at developing scientific, academic and research cooperation as well as encouraging student and academic exchange between them.

Both parties undertook to extend all needed assistance to ensure the success of this cooperation, particularly in relation to:

-    Developing and implementing joint educational programs.
-    Exchanging students visits.
-    Exchanging academic and administrative staff members, lecturers, and researchers.
-    Organizing and holding joint scientific projects, conferences, seminars, round tables.
-    Exchanging publications and periodicals.
