Memorandum of Understanding between Damascus University and the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and all the East- Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development in Syria

On 9th May 2023, Damascus University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and all the East- Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development in Syria, with the aim of enhancing  scientific research and providing support for peer-reviewed scientific journals and research projects, in addition to community awareness and empowerment of women and training the staff of the two parties .

 
Both parties undertook to extend all needed assistance to ensure the success of this cooperation, particularly in relation to:

-    Mutual support in the fields of research, publishing, and scientific activity.
-    Participating in conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and academic scientific activities.
-    Activating the voluntary work.
