A meeting between the president of Damascus University and Ambassador of Cuba in Syria

On the 24th of May 2023 Prof. Dr. Mhd. Osama Jabban the president of Damascus University had a meeting at his office with Mr. Luis Rodriguez, the ambassador of Cuba in Syria, in the presence of the vice presidents of Damascus University and the dean of the |Human  Sciences Faculty and the head of the Spanish department .

Discussion revolved around the ways of enhancing scientific and academic cooperation between Damascus University and Cuban universities in various scientific and research fields, in addition to discussing the possibility of developing joint cooperation in the field of archeology and the Spanish language at Damascus University,. and teaching Arabic to Cuban students through the exchange of scientific and cultural activities and experiences and organizing joint visits for professors and students in these fields.
