A meeting between the president of Damascus University and the Indonesian Ambassador in Damascus

On the 23rd of November 2021, Prof. Dr. Mhd Yassar Abdin the president of Damascus University had a meeting at his office with Mr. Wajid Fauzi the Indonesian Ambassador in Damascus in the presence of the vice president for scientific research and postgraduate studies, the vice president for scientific affairs and the director of International office.
Within the meeting the sides discussed:
-    The ways of developing, activating and enhancing the scientific and academic relations between Damascus University and the Indonesian universities through Concluding agreements and memorandums of understanding that frame the mutual  cooperation.
-    Activating and implementing the memorandum of understanding signed previously between Damascus University and Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta, especially on issues related to exchanging the students, professors and researchers visits, exchanging publications and periodicals and carrying out research activities.
